I have the sony VAIO laptop indication VGN-SZ740N as well as the impel is now DDR2 pc-667, we am formulation to ascent it to the DDR3 impel type, is it possible? greatfully suggest me what to do, Its stream impel is 4gb as well as Im now using in the windows VISTA OS as well as Im still experiencing delayed loading sessions.. And if it is additionally probable to ascent it bigger than 4gb?

no.ddr3 is totally different, faster and more powerful.your board has to have the capabilities to handle such power.your best option upgrade to ddr2 800 .

its the proccessor.. the gb of ram is only there so you can run loads of programes at once… the processor defines the speed of the machine

About upgrading to DDR3 i’m not sure but i know Vista supports up to 8 gigs of ram.
