My receptive to advice device was influenced when we commissioned a use container 2 to my laptop. How can we recover my audio? we now have Sony Vaio PCG-NV170, as well as we will conclude any benefit upon this matter. Thx

Search Sony and find the driver… SP2 should not have removed the original driver so installing SP2 would not be the cause of this anomaly. Make sure there are no driver errors or conflicts using the device manager.
