CDROM drive not working on my Sony Vaio Laptop. Need to find alternate way to loan up Windows?

By Netbook Specialist • November 21, 2009 • Filed in: Sony Vaio Laptop

The CDROM expostulate upon my Sony Vaio 505DX is not working. My handling complement is not operative as well as we need to bucket up an additional one. How else can we bucket it up? we do not have the floppy drive. we do have an outmost tough drive. Will which work? Thanks. NF

Use another system to clone the installation media to the external drive and boot to the external drive to do the installation. Make sure the installation media is bootable

If you can borrow an external usb cd-player, that should work.

Use an external drive
