can i download windows 7 on my toshiba ac100 android mini laptop?

recently acquired an android, will i be means to put windows 7 or 8 onto it, as it did not come with it ,if so how would i go about it ?

the short answer is NO you can’t
there are several reasons, the most important is that Windows does not support the processor you have in the Toshiba, although it is a 1GHz it is an ARM based processor running an NVidia chipset for the graphics Windows does not support these.
Even the W7 starter edition which is the "lightest" version of W7 will struggle to load and operate in just 8Gb, and it will not run with just 256Mb of RAM either.
What is your Android working with… is it in 64-bit, 32-bit, or 16-bit?

Windows 7 does not support the ARM A9 processor. You might be able to put Windows Mobile 7 (for Smart phones) on it if you know what you are doing!
