Yes, they can do everything a normal laptop can do. The only thing is that there is no optical drive which can be overcome by purchasing an external USB drive. Otherwise, they are exactly the same. I watch hulu on mine all the time. I was able to upgrade my memory up to 1.5GB and the as far as someone thinking it will be slower on the web….thats bs your broadband has nothing to do with your machine. You connection speed will be the same not matter what computer you use.
