ohohoho. I am using that computer right now to answer. Of course it can run vista since it has 512 MB RAM and processor 1.33 ghz is just enough. This is minimum requirement for vista (basic, not premium)
But your computer will run terribly slow and you will hit yourself in the head. Because when you run it on battery even in performance mode it will run terribly slow and impossible to work on it. Also it seems to run very slow in tablet mode too.
Just keep using XP on your 3505 for now until windows 7 OS comes out in 09 or 10 then buy a new computer.
