No. If you want, you can get a USB wireless device. But you cannot upgrade the internal card.
Also, there are only two types on wireless cards. G and N. All one does is give more range.
YES, if you want to send your laptop and wait for a month to have that "MINI" part upgraded OR, better talk to the shop you purchased and get an opinion if they offer an upgrade for the laptop.
