Hi. Go to one of the ram companies websites, like crucial.com. memory-up.com or corsair. I use these sites all the time. Type in the info and after the scan, you will be presented with all the ram options for your laptop. Or Pc.
Dell adamo? not familiar with that. But can you give us a link to it? It should say under specs the amount of RAM in the system at the time you buy it, and close by it should say the Maximum amount of Ram that it can hold. Also what type of ram it is (like DDR2 5400). You go from there. Good luck and give us a link if you can.
