I need assistance really bad since when i spin upon my laptop a shade goes all in black as well as we can usually see a rodent pointer though zero else,is there anything we can do to compromise this issue.

Try booting to SAFE mode (F8). If OK in SAFE mode, you have driver issues; most likely graphics driver problem. Update or reinstall graphics driver.
If no boot in SAFE mode, Windows is messed up. Consider repairing the OS by booting from Windows disc. For Vista, choose startup repair. Repair feature keeps ALL files INTACT. After the repair, boot to SAFE mode then scan for virus.
