i only got my brand brand brand new mini 9 w/ ubuntu as well as i live in brand brand brand new jersey…..so when i went by setup, i chose a nearest state to me that isnew york as my time section however my mechanism says the 9:28 AM whilst in brand brand brand new jersey the 3:30 PM…how can i chnage this so the right…….help please

I know that mini 9s don’t have any function keys and this is how you usually get to your BIOS where you change the time. Check your owner’s manual which may be a pdf file in My documents. Open it if it’s there. Or when you start the computer look closely at the screen for the first thing you see at the bottom. It may tell you what to press to go to Setup which takes you to the BIOS. The time setting should be on the first page. You’ll figure out how to change it. Your touchpad or mouse is useless here so you have to use the arrow keys to navigate. Good luck.
Click on the clock, a calender will drop down. Click the button “Edit”, In the clock preferences go to the tab “locations” and click the button “Time settings” and Unlock it. You will now be able to change the Time Zone or change the clock manually.
