Not sure if this will work on your computer so I would get a better opinion. This is what the tech support girl told me to do for my computer: Turn off and then back on, press F11 continually until screen comes up. When that didn't work she got me to turn it off then back on and press and continue to tap F8. Not sure which of those steps I did but one worked and this thing now works perfectly fine - might I also add that what she got me to do took me all the way back to where I first got my computer Ii just had to do this.
