		<description>Ii just had to do this. Not sure if this will work on your computer so I would get a better opinion. This is what the tech support girl told me to do for my computer: Turn off and then back on, press F11 continually until screen comes up. When that didn&#039;t work she got me to turn it off then back on and press and continue to tap F8. Not sure which of those steps I did but one worked and this thing now works perfectly fine - might I also add that what she got me to do took me all the way back to where I first got my computer</description>
