You'd have to "Anytime Upgrade" to something like Home Premium to get that feature. Windows 7 Starter is pretty barebones to keep the price down on the netbooks. Some are fine with that. Some are more than willing to pay the extra $50 or whatever it is to move up the level of OS. Depends on the version of Windows 7.
