how to take my sony vaio laptop out from hibernating mode?

i click upon hibernating symbol as well as after an hour i can’t spin my laptop on! what can i do? greatfully assistance me!

1. I just click the power button.

2. Hold the power button for 6-7 seconds to turn it completely off, than turn it back on. Make sure it is plugged in.
