After it was accomplished duplicating a windows files it restarted. When it complacent it should have commissioned windows, though it went behind to duplicating a files! How can we have it implement windows.

The Windows XP files are about 16 GB so it takes a while and should tell you when finished.
From where are you downloading Windows XP as it will not have the correct drivers for your system ?
What OS was on the lap top ?
Do you have a set of original recovery disc for the operating system ?
