well for one make sure you read the description.. If you did and it ius already supposed to be there, then (if you payed with paypal) file a dispute against them or contact ebay’s resolution center which they will prob say contact the seller which you should do as well by e-mail
Stop using Ebay and go to future shop genious.
My stepsister and her husband ordered a car from ebay. It turned out to be a hoax. NEVER EVER EVER order anything from Ebay, or any site where you have to rely on others. You will get screwed.
Give it a couple of days depending what method of shipping it could take up to 15 days. If it hasn’t come by then contact the seller. If nothing happens there if you payed by paypal you can dispute the charge .if not by paypay you can dispute it thru ebay

Damm that sucks what i would do is contact the seller if he dosent respond back to you contact ebay the have customer service and tell them your problem.I belive when you buy something from ebay they always email you with a order confimation # and a tracking # that way you can keep track of your item GOOD LUCK i remeber i order something from Australia and never received my item and that was back in 2006 contact your seller first.
Contact the seller THROUGH the eBay website… Don’t use your email– eBay will nor have record if this. Ask the seller what meathod it was shipped and if you can get a tracking number. Wait a couple of days, THEN file a claim with eBay. That way you have proof you tried to contact them.
Did the seller say on the listing how it would ship and how long? Sometimes UPS Ground takes about a week and a half to reach me…
Just remember once you get a tracking number it is out of the seller’s hands at that point. He or she can’t make it arrive any sooner. So if they are honest and say it shipped out last Monday and sure enough it did get shipped out– they do not deserve bad feedback. It’s the sellers that aren’t honest that deserve the negative and being reported to eBay.
