I have only paid for a acer make an effort a single as well as when i paid for it i was told to buy a norton 360 im not certain because right away when i cant find no expostulate we do have alternative computers in a house, what confidence program do i make use of as i have no thought what to do with it now

If you want something better, Kaspersky (not free, but it also watches your email, etc. – not needed if you don’t go clicking on links without thinking) is about your only choice. (I wouldn’t allow a Norton or Symantec product into a building that has computers in it.)
Are you crazy? Heck no. You have to get either an external CD ROM drive, or get a flash drive and copy the CD on it from another PC. You can always use a CD ROM over a network but that’s too much to get into on here.
Go get the flash drive and copy the CD.
