Step one
turn on the computer and press repeteadly the key f10 // this should boot into the hidden sony partiotion
use the program "rescue data" to backup ur information
use the program restore c drive to reinstall windows

You can do it yourself first thing is to try and hear if the hard drive is damaged if it is making sounds like rattling it will need to be replaced, if not try to pull it out then install, if this does not work and you have a recovery disk try using it.
If all of this does not work you can replace the hard drive.
