i have a Toshiba Portege 7200 array CTe array as well as a kinda old. The battery runs out unequivocally discerning so it regularly needs to be plugged in. Today i forgot to block it in as well as it went upon mount by. Now a shade is black as well as i cant do anything. we have attempted dire buttons as well as dire a energy button. Nothing works, it wouldnt even spin off!!!

Remove the battery and attempt to turn it on while plugged in. Some batteries when they are low enough AND will not charge anymore, will stop the laptop from powering up at all.
HP and Toshiba are both known for this.
