First of all, its called a Netbook. And the HP one is much better.

I did a little research on this before, and the HP netbook can actually do quite a few tasks that other netbooks can’t. Also, you can’t really go wrong if you buy an HP. They’ve been known for best quality and satisfaction.
there not mini laptops, they are netbooks, which are not good for much beyond surfing the web,
and basically there both the same, the only diffrence id the dell uses either linux, or xp for the os, while hp uses windows 7
