Best time to buy any Macintosh is when you are in some type of educational program online or junior college or university. Then you can get a discount or when you work for them even part time employee’s get a discount on their products.
They have a lot of new lines of Mac’s coming out that will run Quad Cores all of them! Entire line of them that includes IMAC and Macbooks inclusive of the Pro’s too.

Mac OS can run Windows hardware and software. They can run Windows XP and higher while the user is logged into the Mac OS 10.4 and higher run that the more smoothly. Quick example you are logged in to the Mac OS X then you click on the windows XP hard drive icon then you can do that with Vista and Linux all of these running at the same time and they will native not as VMware.
