You may have a recovery partition, usually D drive. If so, go to Start>Programs>System Recovery, or at startup you would have seen a message to press F10 or F11 for recovery.
This would reinstall your o/s to factory settings & may have an option to backup your documents.
You can’t. A recovery disc is supplied with the machine by the retailer to restore it to the state it was in when you first received it. There is no other form of disc for recovery. You can reinstall Windows if you have a disc. You can do this whilst retaining your existing files, assuming they are not damaged. Novatech sell OEM Widows discs which are cheaper but perfectly good.
Call customer service they mailed one to me
You can’t download it, but you can make it using recovery partion on the laptop HDD.
You cannot download them. They are supposed to be created using your machine (about 3 DVD’s). If you have that support cd with thte windows installer, you need to reinstall windows and everything else.
