where can i download a system restore cd for sony vaio laptop?

i need to bake it upon the cd nd afterwards bucket it to my laptop
bcuz it doesnt work.
it freezes when i spin it on?
any suggestions what i should do
instead of downloading it.
r does anybody know what is wrong?
