p/s: discuss it me why.

Noth laptops are devices and need to be repair 1 day.
check the waranty . Is it on site (* the engineer will come to ur place to repair it ) check if it is 1 year or 3 years and if the waranty service provider is available at ur area or not.
Whats the price & warranty terms ?
Assuming both these models cost you same, and have same warranty terms, I will go for Lenovo. Primary reasons are more RAM and larger Hard Disk. Further, the Wifi in Lenovo is of newer technology than the one in Compaq.
In my opinion the workmanship of both is more or less the same.
Webcam included in Compaq is not significant for me. You can always have an extternal USB cam, and its not expensive.
